Thank you for shopping with Solivara. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 3:00 PM CET (Central European Time) will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons, sales events, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Estimated delivery time:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, high shipping volume, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Domestic Shipping
Solivara ships within the European Union.
All orders are shipped using GLS Group.
Delivery to remote or rural areas may require additional transit time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Solivara is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Solivara is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@solivara.com within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
For lost packages, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. If you need assistance, you may also contact our support team.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on location, carrier limitations, or applicable laws.
Solivara reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that cannot be shipped legally or safely to the destination provided.
